March 2017 Update: Just opened a bottle that only contained 18 pills instead of 30. Solgar phone line is not answering due to "system" problems. Not sure why. Will update if I find out more.Prior Post: This product has worked well for me. I used to be able to crack my back to relieve back tension but have not been able to do that for about 10 years due to stiffness. After taking this product for only 5 days my joints started cracking again as they were now able to move more freely. This came a quite a surprise as I had not even thought about it for years. I find myself moving and stretching more every day. This is one supplement I will never be without unless they come up with a cure for arthritis. Worked far better and faster than glucosamine/chondroitin products.Pros: One pill a day is all I needCons: The pill is REALLY big and hard. Would be an problem for those who can't swallow large pills. Not an issue for me but could be for others.

The media could not be loaded. Please be where this product comes in a glass bottle. Can break easily if it falls on the floor. I highly recommend this vitamin for skin and collagen.

Thus far it has been working well but time will tell but it is a good product and my skin has been feeling a lot better because of it of course I take other vitamins but, nonetheless it's a great product

So I did read another review and was warned these are hard to swallow but I’m normally really good at swallowing pills and thought maybe this person might be sensitive to taking larger pills. I was wrong and she was right! I also almost choked on these pills. So buyer beware of how large they really are. I also read in a separate review about bloating as a side effect. This also happened to me. I cut the pills in half ( which is extremely hard to do and don’t cut easily) and took half a day for three days on the fourth day I was very bloated. Like 3/4 months pregnant looking kind. So I stopped taking them to see if it went away and it did.I can’t not tell you if I see a difference in my skin or feel healthier since I only took them for three straight days. Will not continue to take these.
