Dreams are very pleasant but not lucid yet UPDATED and UPDATED AGAIN
I've been experimenting with this product and it has yet to lead to a lucid dream for me but I'm not complaining. I don't take these when I go to bed. I take these after sleeping for a few hours if I wake up in the middle of the night. Sometimes I'll take melatonin with them to help me get back to sleep.A dose of one pill did nothing for me. Two pills led to dreams that were emotionally intense, pleasing and gratifying. I'd hear amazing music or meet great people and feel a deep connection to them. I tried three pills once and had a very intense and not too pleasant dream but it wasn't a nightmare. It was a false awakening. It was very realistic. I was in my bedroom and my furniture had been rearranged. It was upsetting and confusing. Had I been better prepared, I think I would have been able to turn this into a lucid dream. For me the effects of the pills last for at least one additional night and sometimes two. I also found that I seem to build up a resistance so if I take them more than once a week, I don't get much of anything from them. Once a week is the most I take them.UPDATE: I finally had a lucid dream using this product. I woke up after 2 hours of sleep, took three pills and fell back asleep a few minutes later. My lucid dream that resulted lasted longer than lucid dreams usually do in my experience. But the quality of the dream was different from a totally naturally derived lucid dream. I felt I was sort of a guest in this dream world that was not of my own making. I was a stranger in a stranger's land. The dream lasted long enough that I had the chance to try to use it to get some answers to personal questions. But when I did that, I was attacked. Even though I was able to outrun whoever was attacking me, I felt a pain like someone was pinching me that wouldn't go away so I had to force myself to wake up to escape it. In naturally induced lucid dreams, interacting with the other dream characters is normal and rewarding but not in this dream. Naturally induced lucid dreams also have been more pleasant than this one was. I still have a few more capsules left so I'll experiment some more. Maybe I'll have a better experience if I can get another lucid dream.UPDATE 7-15-19: After not using this at all for a couple years because of the above bad experience, I decided to try it again.I went to bed around 11:30 and woke up a little over an hour later because I was hungry. I took 2 capsules hoping for pleasant but not lucid dreams. I tossed and turned for a few hours before falling back asleep.Almost as soon as I started dreaming, I realized I was dreaming. No effort. No technique. I was LDing and it was pretty pleasant. And it lasted quite a long time. I got to do much of what I wanted to do in an LD without being attacked like before. I got to explore the dream terrain. At one point my physical nose started to itch and I was able to scratch it without waking up or losing lucidity (unless I was just dreaming about my itchy nose). The dream lasted quite a long time and I had no problem maintaining lucidity throughout. Changed my rating to 5 stars.

Works effectively even with 1 capsule b4 bed
I wasn’t expecting much. I am still working on my dream recall but I could instantly tell that this will be an effective tool. Not to rely on but for me to use sparingly when I want to experience great dreams as to avoid having tolerance built up. I didn’t sleep particular well the night before so when I did use it I was extremely surprised as going to bed sleep deprived I usually never remember my dreams. But I remembered my dreams and along with that 2 dream cycles I could remember 2 dreams solidly and recorded those in my dream journal. These dreams were quite real. Had sound I could hear, touch that felt pretty dang real. I had trouble manipulating the dream but that is not cus the pill. But the one I became lucid I got the hang of some basic things like willing myself to float slightly off ground then full on hovering tree level or so in the sky. Very peaceful. Got to see, hear, hold, and actually feel my cat I haven’t seen in a very long time so it was overall good experience and would highly recommend to use when you want to experiment with great dreams.

This product, used with the correct dosage at the correct time of dose, definitely takes my dream research/experimentation to the NEXT LEVEL every time I use it.My recommendation for best effectiveness:- Use the maximum recommended/safe dose (for my body weight of 200 lbs. and overall great physical health, 2 caps are perfect).- Use only during WBTB (Wake Back To Bed) or similar (CAT) Method.- Restrict your use to once or twice a week, evenly spaced (preferably once).- (Optional, definitely not required) Combine using the above methods with supplementation of Calea Z tincture (Dream Herb). What I also do to increase my chances of Lucidity:- 30 minutes of deep meditation w/ visualization and affirmation 5-7 nights a week before bed.- Two different Reality Checks at least 10 times a day evenly spaced.- Keep a regular dream journal (I've been logging about 3 to 5 dreams a week in great detail, which is about average from what I see from others in my age group (I'm a 27 year old Male). In summary, I very highly recommend this product to anyone, especially those with at least some months of Lucid Dreaming experience. If this product does not end up working for you in the slightest, then your method of consumption/supplementation is not correct in any sense.Using it this way, my dreams are easily two to three times more vivid than not supplementing and have a MUCH higher chance of causing spontaneous Lucidity. This is true for EVERY SINGLE TIME I use this product, again, using the above methods.

Zero effect on anything.
I have tried taking this multiple different ways and different doses. Before sleep, waking up in the middle of the night, etc. One pill, two pills, three pills, four pills. I slept no differently with or without Lucidimine. I do sleep with a CPAP to treat sleep apnea, so maybe breathing interferes with whatever effect would cause a lucid dream. I am also doing regular reality checks (and have been since January) and thought this product might be the extra edge I needed. It is not. I will not purchase again.
