Update: The customer service is awesome. They respond very quickly. The cameras do not swivel to any direction, but if you mount them as close as you can get to the viewing angle you like, you can then slightly unscrew the camera and the angle is perfect in all of our applications.Very Limited on the viewing range. The cameras dont swivel, they only move 90 degree directions. I thought this would be no big deal, as I was going to adjust the viewing in the software. Well, it cant do that either. All they have to do was put a manual ball swivel on the camera mount and these things would be greatUpdate: if you loosen the mounting color and Fiddle with the camera, you can get it to view in multiple directions. A ball swivel would still be nice.

The only thing this system had going for it was price, not worth the money, customer support was not friendly and wanted to argu . (Must have internet access to use this system). That's what they told me

Works well without hard drive wish I knew that before I bought it

It does the job but it does not come with a hard drive beware you will have to purchase one

WOW!!! What an excellent system for the money!!!! It actually would be well worth twice this price! It does not have a hard drive, but it is very easy to install!!!! I had a 1 terabyte sata hard drive laying around and it worked great!!!! Took about 5 hours to run the cables but that is the worst part. Actually had a good bonding moment doing it with my stepson! Working the system is a little hard at first for playback and such, but just play with it a bit and you WILL love it! Night vision works very well to. The remote app via internet works well. Just run an ethernet cable from router to the DVR! Follow instructions for setupo and your watching from anywhere! I have mine running via hdmi to the tv and i would buy this again in a heartbeat! If you don't mind running the cables, this is a great investment! I have no previous experience installing one.

Good product and working well...

The cameras are decent and working fine, DVR is decent as well except the app which doesn't work with cellular data, 4G or LTE. The app(for iPhone) has a review of one and half stars, everyone is complaining about it and am sure Zclever is aware of it but they don't fix it. If you need this system to remote view then beware you have to have wifi otherwise it won't work. even with wifi, it's still not guaranteed to work because sometimes i have to try it at least 4-5 times to work or times it doesn't work at all. Support is responsive and quick but not helpful, they keep repeating themselves and looks like they're aware of the problem but pretend for things to work fine. They ask you for your serial # and password so that they can view your home and then believe it's not working. I don't understand why don't they believe so many users who reviewed their app and informed them of the issue? I am still within warranty period and may return it. Btw, for a PC, you have to use a 32-bit Internet Explorer, install their add-on which is detected as malware by anti-virus program, to be able to remote view your home. I'll keep this review updated once my issue is resolved.******************************************************************************************************************the app completely failed now. I can't connect to the cameras even via WiFi anymore. Support asks for your username and password to fix. I can't trust them.
