Cross threaded
The que itself was nice, good weight, straight, and probably one of my favorites I've used for league. Unfortunately, it is cross threaded but didn't start causing problems with screwung it together until after my return window closed. So, now I'm stuck with something I paid for but cant use. Too bad, it was a nice stick. I'd recommend going with something else.

Will definitely buy again
I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Great quality cue, price is very good for the exceptional craftsmanship. I did a lot of research on quality pool cues and this one rated number 2 out of top 10.I did not receive the glove that was supposed to be included, but the customer service was quick to resolve the problem.

Ooh, this cue is pretty. I've never had a nice cue, and usually just used whatever was available. But after finally getting a pool table of my own I figured it was time to get my own. The cue looks fantastic and is so super smooth. The first time I played with it I was impressed.

Quality has this Cue above others
I shoot pool often in various locations. This cue is great in all scenarios. The wood is crafted very well and the overall quality of the shaft is amazing. Shipping was quick and the package came fully protected. Right down to the last detail it was like picking it up from the workshop they made it in. I got an orange spider 19oz cue with a white casing.

Best value for money deal i found on the internet!! Really good quality and really good performance. Well worth my while, the support was also fantastic (i needed to customize the cues before buying, also had some issues with my shipping location which they couldnt deliver but delivered anyway through dhl).
