My favorite of the Kalot nut/seed butters
I love Kalot butters and I think this is the best flavor of the bunch. It doesn't taste quite like any other nut or seed butter I've tried, which may be a downside for some but it's an up for me. It's super thick, with nearly the consistency of Play-Doh, perhaps slightly less thick (but doesn't taste like it of course!). Nothing tastes artificial in the slightest.It does have a lot of strong flavors, most notably the espresso, so it doesn't always combine well with another strongly-flavored item (apple slices or a smoothie, etc) the way that a plain old 1- or 2- ingredient nut butter would. I preferred it on blander type items like rice cakes or oatmeal. I don't like buying multivitamins so I also love that this product includes so many vitamins/minerals.Be sure to check the size before ordering -- I have gotten varying sizes of jars for roughly the same price each time.

Less product for the same price.
I am a long-time Kalot customer. Kalot has changed their jars and went to a much smaller jar...for the same price. However, the label still says 12 oz. New jar, old label? The new plastic jar is 2/3rds the size of the old 12 oz. glass jar so I can't see how it holds 12 oz. Bummer.
