This hair masque is very easy to use
This hair masque is very easy to use, and it doesn't require very much to be effective. I didn't have time to leave it on for as long as recommended, but it still made a noticeable change to my hair; it was soft but not limp, and easy to manage. I will definitely be using this product on a regular basis.

Want to love it
My hair feels very dry while using. Feels okay after dries, but not sure about this product yet. I really want to love it!

Best stuff ever!
I love this product. I surf and have long hair so it needs a lot of help. I get a lot of compliments on my hair now and a big plus that it’s vegan. I use a lot of this company’s products.

Amazing!
My hair has been really dry at the ends lately and it hasn't been looking so great. I don't heat style, but I think the very last of my balayage (a highlighting technique) is growing out from many, many years ago. I've been searching for a really good natural deep conditioning treatment for some time. I've found it. At $52 for an 8.5 ounce bottle a product has to perform REALLY well to earn five stars from me. This is Cruelty Free, Sulfate Free, Paraben Free, Vegan, and at least 90% organic, which helps to justify the price. The bottle recommends leaving this "masque" on for 20 minutes or preferably overnight. I washed my hair and wore this under a shower cap with a heated hood (I happen to have a vest with heating panels in the front, back, and hood for cold weather) to help it penetrate for 4 hours. When I removed the shower cap I was surprised because my hair just felt wet, but not slick with conditioner, like it had all been absorbed...? This made my hair look years younger and so much more manageable. I wasn't looking to fall in love with a $52 conditioner, but the results are priceless. If this masque continues to perform this well it'll go on auto delivery when it's time to reorder. This is good enough to give as a gift to a fellow haircare lover who'll appreciate it. I'm definitely telling my best friend about it.

Left hair dull and flat
I really wanted to like it because it has clean hair care ingredients, and I love the faint grapefruit scent. But it leaves my fine wavy hair limp and dull. The masque itself is creamy in texture, but it doesn't feel like it coats the hair very thoroughly. The first time I used it I think I applied too much to my hair, trying to get it to coat everything, because by the end of the first day my hair was a greasy mess and I had to rewash it. The second time I used it, I used less. My hair was soft afterwards, but just dull and limp. I didn't see any improvement with my damaged ends of my hair, and actually have more flyaways and frizz than I normally do. And it still made my hair look greasy in just under 24 hours. So this is a no from me.

It's ok.
The first time I used this it was a disaster. I didn't read the instructions until I was in the shower using it. I was in a rush and didn't have the 20 mins it says to wait to rinse I decided I would just sleep in it and rinse it the next day. Well when I put it in it didn't really feel like I was putting anything in my hair so I ended up putting way way too much. So my hair dried into a crunchy mess and there was no way I could sleep like that. I rinsed it out but my hair felt greasy and gross afterwards. So it definitely added moisture to my hair I just put way to much on. So the next couple times I used it I made sure not to use too much and I rinsed at the end of my shower. It did make my hair feel nice and light afterwards. But it was just ok. I prefer something that is super smoothing. To be honest it kind of reminded me of olaplex. I think its expensive for a small bottle. If you're sensitive to smells you should probably pass on this because it has a very strong grapefruit smell.
