I just got 4 of my wisdom teeth removed this week and this gel pack has been my best friend. It comes with 2 sets of gel packs which is perfect. It says they take 2 hours to freeze but I feel it’s faster. I’ve worn it on and off for the past two days and the relief is amazing. Its durable and comfortable. I fall asleep wearing mine every night with ease. I will definitely use this for migraines moving forward and I’ll use the gels packs separately from the head band for other injuries in the future.

I bought this product because I was getting my wisdom teeth removed. The package comes with a total of 4 ice packs so when the ones you’re using go warm, you can instantly use the next two without waiting. I was surprised how they almost immediately relived my pain (to the point I’m okay taking Ibuprofen and Tylenol vs the prescribed pain meds). The only thing I would say is a downside, is that they only stay cold for about 2-3 hours at a time so if you sleep with them on for comfort you’ll need to wake up throughout the night to change ice packs. Wouldn’t say this is a negative thing, because like I said it comes with 4 packs so you can constantly keep a cool press on your face. 10/10 recommend. Easily adjustable and comfortable to wear. Because I was able to use the product round the clock I haven’t had any swelling except for where my stitches are and even then it’s just barely noticeable!

Bought this for my wisdom tooth surgery and it saved my life!!!! I froze them for as long as I could (way more than 2 hours or whatever was recommended) and it worked perfectly. Loved that it came with two sets but I wish it came with more. Very easy to reposition and the cold transfer is great. I have extremely long hair and the Velcro didn’t get caught. I slept in it multiple times and didn’t once feel like I was going to get choked. Would absolutely recommend and probably say you need to get this if you have any form of mouth surgery!!!
