Not very cut resistant. Works against average dulled kitchen knives..anything actually sharp..or ridged like a simple steak knife will cut through it easily.

These are AMAZING for holding cats. These are excellent gloves. I work special education where we often get bit, scratched, and pinched. These gloves have great protection. They fit well and are reasonably priced. Only con is that they fade after washing.

I bought these for my father who has some health issues that cause him to bruise easily. His skin is quite fragile, so what would be a small scrape for some is a huge wound for him. He loves gardening, and working in the yard. These have all but eliminated cuts and bruises,at least on the areas these wonderful sleeves cover. He is back to enjoying things he loves doing!
