Arnott's Classic Assorted Cookie (500g)

As expats living in Canada, we were looking forward to enjoying some of our favourite Aussie bickies. Gave them to my hubby for Christmas. What a disappointment to find contents stale and dry. We then checked the USE BY date on the package, only to find these were sold and shipped to us well after the Use By date had expired! Not something we could easily return either. Worst of all, the cost was more than double what our family in Australia pays for them. Never again!

Biscuits are great always the same yummy 😋 flavor👌, but I was very disappointed angry 😡 in the way it was packaged and delivered as over half the biscuits were broken as not in a box with padding. My other biscuits were package was perfect the way they should have been not one broken biscuit 👌

Love these cookies, but they arrived …. I don’t even know where to start. Why was it delivered in a paper envelope? WOW!

I assumed these cookies would be just as delicious as the Tim Tams but not so. The end of the bag had been opened so I pulleda cookie from the very bottom of the bag and it was not to my liking. They would probably be very tasty to some people but theywere not to my taste - nothing wrong with the cookie I tasted so not the company’s fault - just my taste buds. I love the OriginalTim Tams so I cannot order them very often ‘cause I hear them calling my name, day and night, so the entire bag disappears in oneor two days (usually, one day). Wasn’t happy the bag was open at one end but probably happened during transit.

I expected classic assorted, with some creams (Montecarlo, Kingston, etc.), and recieved a family assorted with Nice, Arrowroot, Choc Ripple, Scotch Finger, Teddy Bear, Butter Nut Snap, and Milk Coffee. The worst kind of variety pack from Arnott's, with zero creams, worth considerably less (and weighing less, too, I think).Though wrapped in bubble wrap, the biscuits were also packed with a 2lb bottle of liquid that was just loose inside the box, and so predictably they were pretty much puvlerised to dust by the time they arrived.Seriously disappointed - for the price, I expect the biscuits I ordered, and also that they would be properly packed!
