I bought 4 of these since I have 4 kids. One arrive with the lens out. After much work I managed to put it back in. Also had problems finding apps that were not blurry or made me cross-eyed and were easy to use. It should NOT be that complicated.Also my guys have iPhone 5's and they are a little small for the viewer. The light coming through on either side of the phone, while you're trying to watch the video, could be a distraction for many. I have an iphone 6 and it fits better, no light on the sides if phone is sitting in the viewer right. I also had to take my protective cover off my phone otherwise the phone would not fit.There is no information on best apps for these goggles in the packing or little booklet and I wish sellers would offer suggestions. I did find one app that seemed to work well, it's free and had several videos to watch plus more will be added according to the info on the app. YouVisit is a simple to use app with several sections to watch. I found several others which I wound up deleting them. I'll keep looking though. I will update this in the future, changing the rating up or down, since we've only had them a few days and are still learning how to use them.

It's very comfortable, but the adjustable eyes were difficult to navigate--wish it had come with more instructions. Also, didn't realize the product didn't have a magnetic trigger, if I had, I would have bought something different. Either buy a headset with a magnetic trigger, or buy one with a remote, because with this product you'll have to take the phone out every time you want to select something different.

I was very excited to order these for my daughters for Christmas. They work OK. My only problem with these is the part where you put your phone in does't always stay closed during use and can be difficult to get closed.

The headset was of good quality for the price and was comfortable. The only problem I ran into was trying to get it focused. It may have just been operator error bit I couldn't figure it out.

iPhone 6 users and wish the phone fit better but we still enjoy.

There's much better products out there. For the money it did ok, Couldn't focus as clear as I wanted to and had a problem positioning my phone.
