Repetitive, but easy to read and digest information.
I found the book highly repetitive but the information in it seems solid since that jibes with other independent research I've been doing on copper v iron, ceruloplasmin and environmental factors like copper depletion in the soil, glyphosate binding copper in foods and animals, and the crazy commercial food iron fortification program here in the US.So far I find the author's message of a "Copper Cure" plausible and have started the program w/ FIQ supplements and plan to give it a few months. For me the objective proof in the pudding would be lowering (so far) intractable high blood sugar levels. Subjectively, if I feel better, have less fatigue and notice better outcomes from exercise, I'd gladly accept those results, even if blood sugar does not improve. There is a list of "STOPS" in the book that have been really easy to follow (most health conscious people already don't do most of those) and the starts are also straightforward (not confusing, easy) and can be done with real food. Some supplementation will probably be necessary for most, at least to begin with.Probably not a great idea to just go out and start supplementing high levels of copper though, read the book first.

Life changing information that you most likely never will get from your doctor!

Keep an open mind, be willing to unlearn old truths, and you will never look at health the same way again!

Read this book and change your life!
Eye opening information…the stuff doctors don’t know nor had learned in medical school. Now I know why my health was off and on most of my life. Not anymore! This book made so much sense that I’ll never follow anyone proclaiming to know what the problem is. This book pulls the curtain back for all to see the truth. Thank you!

UNDERSTANDING HOW MINERALS WORK IN THE BODY
I gave the book CURE by Morley Robbins, a five-star rating because it is a very well written book. In fact, there were no dislikes, only likes. Before reading this book, I had a very limited understanding of what minerals were, and what function they performed, in the human body. So, for all intents and purposes, I was a mere "novice" who took minerals for granted as being just something that extemporaneously "aided" in digestion in some manner. CURE helped to resolve my misunderstanding and lack of knowledge regarding "minerals" because I learned all about "what" minerals are, "where" they come from in the first place, "how" they function in our body, "why" they are necessary, and the "vital" roles they play for all of our human bodily functions. Simply put, Morley has researched and uncovered the "special sauce" that makes our internal world go round, and not become turned completely "upside-down". We are all born with an "innate healer" that knows precisely what to do, when to do it, and how to do it, when we provide the body with the essential minerals needed and required to bring forth that "spark of life". The book CURE is worth the read on so many levels.

Good knowledge
This is helpful info to have as a practitioner but sometimes it really is an iron deficiency, which this book makes me feel like that would be humanly impossible in this day and age. But I personally am taking a Whole Foods supplement to support my lack of iron.
