Listen, if you want to relieve anal pain from hemorrhoids or diarrhea (like when you have IBS), this product delivers unlike Preparation H which I have never found to relieve any pain.Definite product to keep around just in case you find your yourself in this type of pain. Takes only a minute or two to help relieve what can seem like crippling pain.

For those with hemorrhoids, or other activities that impact the region this is intended for - yes - once you use this for hemorrhoids you may never go back to the other routines. Basically, use generously.. wait 5 minutes.... do your business... then pain relief for 8 hours. I don't want to know the other uses but I do know that with this product - 1 v 0 hemorrhoids from now on.

It does what it is intended to do. My wife needed this after two pregnancies close together and she says it works and soothes. Thank God. It's hard not to make jokes but this product is for people who know it's not funny .

This is a great price. It costs over $13 a tube at local drugstore. I have terrible hemorrhoids and this really relieves the pain and itching.

This product, Nupercainal Hemorrhoidal Ointment was recommended to me by my home health care nurse, Miss Reva. After I had bowel reconstruction surgery, I had serious problems with hemorrhoids. I tried every product on the market and nothing seemed to help with the pain. . This ointment was the best help ever! It stopped the pain and made my life a lot easier. It beat all of the other products, hands down, even the name brand products. I have recommended it to everyone I know and has brought and I cannot thank Miss Reva enough for her recommendation. .

I used this cream for many years and am so glad to find this hemorrhoid product available on the market again. For years it was not. It is the best cream for hemorrhoids and all that goes with it!

This product is sold in quantity of 3 tubes. I placed order on January 8, 2019 and received 3 tubes on January 11, 2019. All three tubes have expiration date of July 2019. I use this product often and 1 tube goes a long way. Still have product remaining in first tube. Not worth the cost of buying 3 tubes when the expiration date is so close to the purchase date.
