I liked that it bolted right up to the to the OEM.

This strap winch attached to my trailer with ease. I used it to pull my four wheeler out of a ditch. It did the job with ease. This winch is top quality and a great value for the money. I like the black color it will keep that great appearance!!

Cranks well. The only thing is Handle could be kicked out from base a little more. It does clip the trailer a bit when you pull on strap and fast spin it letting slack out.

It has the ideal size and strength for a jet ski trailer. The only bad thing is that the hook goes directly to the jet ski, and it does not come with a rope to hold the jet ski

I bought a 1,600 lbs rated ratchet to winch up and down a Murphy bed with the mattress and frame weighing less than 100 lbs. Nothing. The ratchet lock failed as I was lowering the bed, almost slamming them down on my toes. This thing is supposed to be rated for 1,600 lbs. With the bed as something lifted with one end on the ground, it was only putting 50 lbs or so of pull on it. Yet, that ratchet lock failed. I was shocked. If it had failed like that with something closer to the actual weight, I would be in the hospital. It scared the HELL out of me! I figured the metal for a winch rated that high couldn't be THAT soft. I was wrong. Downright dangerous, unsafe at any speed. Now I am returning it and coming up with a replacement.
