A very good replacement handle.
Made with good quality ash and took very little trimming to fit this old shovel perfectly.

A real shovel handle
This replaces a shovel handle with a plastic U at the top. It nearly injured me when the top cracked and broke off the old handle. Plastic doesn't rust but ozone causes it to crack. Plastic is all they have at the big box hardware stores. For a very few dollars more, you can get a real shovel handle with a much safer metal U.

Shovel handle
Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and one of the two rivets was missing, but otherwise the product met all expectations. It is installed and the old shovel is like new again.
