I steered away from these types of steps for a long time because I am a bigger guy and, generally feel that quick steps are less than safe. The alternatives I've tried are some steel frame steps that always end up catching me in the shins and which are just clunky. Bruised and battered, I tried this.The biggest concerns for me were how flat this could fold and how much it could capably support. Pleased all around with a very solid polymer construction. It feels solid and comfortable with a full 180 lbs. on it. At its widest, this step is slightly over 1.5 inches (folded). Generous 13 inch reach helps me get to everything I need.Very pleased with the size and durability. Generous height for the light weight. Quality non-skid on the top surface and foot bottoms. Well made and a bargain at the prices available.

I would have given this tiny and slim gem 5 stars but:a) what was sent was NOT in the photo advertisement (I didn't want "circle" holes in sides which makes it look cheaper and more industrial than needed. Besides I see no aesthetic or functional reason for these large holes. andb) the plastic material has *very* fine lines/grooves which easily collect dust & dirt. In fact when I received it I had to thoroughly clean it and wipe in the direction of the grooves as the dust had already collected and it looked sloppy dirty.... I'm not looking forward to nor do I want to regularly clean a silly step stool that sits in my nice new kitchen.

We used this stool for a couple of years and it was great. Yesterday my husband was using it and it shattered. He is not heavy. Spent 4 hours at emergency. Stay safe don't buy one. If you have one be careful.

Seems like a great sturdy little stool. Haven't had it long so will update review if I encounter any issues.Very quick and easy to fold and unfold. It does not "lock" in place you literally pick it up by the handle and it folds flat for storage. This is perfect for me because I needed it to reach the top shelf in a closet. So it is nice to be able to store it flat when not in use and to not have to spend 'energy' trying to unlock it to get it to fold up again.There are bumps or nobs on the top of it for slip resistance. But if you were looking for a small stool to sit on these I believe would be uncomfortable.

Perfect out of the way but fairly tall (13 inch vs 9 which is more typical) step stool for my closet to easily reach my higher shelves. Fun color too! Love it!

The first thing I noticed about this stool is that it is heavier than anticipated. The weight was listed in the item description on Amazon but I guess I underestimated the weight of 3+ lbs. The reason that is important to me is because we are loading a small motorcycle camper and must keep our cargo weight at a minimum. Nevertheless, the stool is well made, sturdy, folds out easily, can hold up to 330 lbs., has a non-slip standing surface and a portable handle built in. Ours is white, but it appears to be available in other colors. The height of the stool appears to be about 10" or so - which is all that is needed to help me climb into a bunkbed in our camper. There is no carrying case.

I purchased this because I was having surgery and needed to able to get up in my bed with ease!! It has and is definitely doing the job!! Now it’s not exactly the color teal on the picture, which I was a bit disappointed because that is my favorite color. In the light though you can tell it’s teal.

Ok first, bravo on the insert about reviews and the buzzer-that was hilarious and I’m totally stealing it for my business!!2nd, I was skeptical when the product description emphasized “sturdy,” I was just so super excited to find this stool in dark teal I didn’t really care. But this thing REALLY IS sturdy. I have another one, very similar, that I got from another company for the same price that gives a tiny bit when I stand on it but there was no give on this one.Thank you for not only making a great product but giving me an unexpected laugh!

The stool itself is what I wanted, the description said 'Dark Red'. Imagine my surprise when the stool came and it was pink. The tag on the package says Dark Red but this is what I got.The stool looks like it is going to work for me, I got it so my wife can get in and out of the 4X4. Since she hurt her back 7 months ago she has been unable to get in and out. The healing is progressing well so she wanted a stool to try it out so Pink may not be the 'manly' colour but it will work for her.Just four stars because of the colour.

I had bought a red one and this blue one. When I went to fold out the blue one it had two broken pieces so went right in the garbage.

This little step stool is so handy! Although it is small it is very sturdy and feels safe. It’s great for the kitchen so I can reach my top cabinets. It’s light weight, easy to fold and well made. Great value!

The stool is very sturdy the Griffin the top is slip proof it weighs very little and folds compactly I'm very satisfied with his product and I highly recommend it besides the fact that the price was also very good

I use it to elevate my Great Dane's food bowl by a few inches so I can't really comment on the sturdyness for human weight... But it does fold up and out quite easily and looks super cute. And thr textured step tops hold the food bowl in place even when my dog is chomping away! Great little step stool for the price!
