I have used these for years. I’ve tried almost everything for constipation. Nothing worked until I tried this. I take more than 2 a day. Most of the time I take 3 to 5 a day. So I was feeling toxic. No, I mean truly toxic. This monstrosity boiled within my intestines, disrupting my flow of Ying and Yang. The cosmos and karma were getting theirs in the end, and the sheer force and feel was soul shattering. There was seismic activity emanating from my bathroom, and sounds issued forth with an aroma most foul. The toxicity was being purged. In the distance, one could almost feel like they heard Adam Sandler in Little Nicky say "Release the Evil"... Boy was it evil... I could barely remember the whole ordeal. It was labor intensive and required extreme concentration, like an exorcism to banish an evil possession. When all was said and done, the flush was commenced 4 times (required), an entire new container of Air freshener was expended, and I needed to wait 20 minutes before I can get up from the seat to go shower. Believe me, wet wipes and toilet paper weren't going to help. It's like the after effects would have told them "You have no power here" with a sinister laugh... When I went into the shower, it's cooling affects were profound and blissful after the trials I endured... I could sense a change in me as well once everything cooled... The next day, I complimented a friend on their shirt, and they looked puzzled but happy. I held gas in an elevator instead of releasing it to everyone's dismay, definitely a first in a long time! I also got a LAN adapter for my switch, and now any lag is on the other end. I walked around with new found energy and outlook. I was Clenz'ed of my evils, and was a new man! Definitely recommend! No, seriously, definitely recommend! Does exactly what it says it will overall. 10/10 - would help someone else purge the evil by busting a capsule in their drink
