Great daily vitamin for anyone. I feel lucky to have found this product and try and take 2 every day. They are a bit large which make them hard to swallow. I tend to let them dissolve in my mouth as they do not taste too bad. Doing that helps break them down so that you can swallow them easily. this size pill will choke a horse! and, i am usedto swallowing large pills.they are easily broken up though and i take in small pieces. i haven'ttaken this supplement long enogh to judge its efficacy.
