Awesome
Received a Brand New laptop, the packaging was top of the line. It was really fun and exciting unboxing it. It's extremely fast and the picture quality is the best I have ever seen, hands down. Extremely good deal considering the price point. During a gaming session the CPU hovered between 80°c and 90°c which is acceptable for such a powerful and thin laptop. There is not one game in existence that this laptop cannot run, easily and flawlessly. It's a fantastic deal.

Dell Alienware x15 r1 so far two failures in 16mos, now 3 failures in 24 mos
6mos in mechanical keyboard failed rr whole keyboard. 16mos error 2000-0155 hard drive not found. So two weeks before UGA finals no laptop. Thanks Dell.May 2024 - stopped working will not power up. At least I did buy Asurion which I never do so that's now money well spent on the worst laptop I have ever seen. And by the way this failure again 2 weeks before finals week at college. What a lemon. Had to but a temp laptop so my son could finish school again. I really hate DELL

1 year and going strong
Plays almost everything on High or Ultra. Super sexy design, gets a bit warm but its a gaming laptop-they all do this. My next will be a 17 or 18 inch screen. 15 inches just doesnt satisfy.

God Tier Laptop!!
I usually NEVER ever write reviews but this was so good, that I had to. This laptop came in perfect condition and everything is as advertised. There was another reviewer that had me worried because his came defective but so far, everything on mine is in perfect condition. I hope his gets fixed.This is an item you WON’T REGRET!!

Not bad for laptop gaming.
I got it on sale open boxed and basically came brand new still wrapped in plastic. The packaging is top notch, but performance could be better. If you're coming from desktop do not buy this, but if gaming laptops are your thing, then this machine will run basically anything.For more advanced gamers, this laptop allows you to bypass integrated graphics completely which opens up more options in Nvidia Control Panel. Build in screen is GSYNC and works great. Would have much rather seen Alienware forego the 300 hz refresh rate for 144-165 and add a better version of the 3070, but not too shabby.

Worst Amazon purchase I’ve ever made
When the laptop was working it usually ran extremely hot when I played games that it was supposed to handle without issue. Then the battery stopped taking a charge. Trying to get the issue sorted with Dell is also a joke. Definitely won’t be purchasing from Dell or buying a laptop on Amazon again!

Gaming laptop that gets hot and loud
It's a good laptop for gaming overall. It plays all of the games I have tried on ultra high settings no problem. The downside is that it gets hot and the fans are loud. It has a few other drawbacks like no Ethernet port and limited USB slots. You also can't upgrade the RAM. That being said I am happy with my purchase overall.
