Not a chocolatier, but first attempt was a failure, but you really do need to give a good tap, afterwards every single one came out of the mould prefect.My teenage daughter really enjoyed using these moulds in desserts. Would recommend this Chocolate mould & will be buying more of these in different designs in the future.
