Depends on the flavor you order, mint and wintergreen, no caffeine, cherry and tropical have caffeine.

Used as uppers or lowers?

No, just vitamin b and caffeine so not that I’d know, but highly doubt you’d get the same reaction.

How much caffeine in each pouch?

I don’t remember offhand. These are tasty, though, and I put 3 to 4 pouches in at a time. I have an extremely high caffeine tolerance, so I wouldn’t recommend that for everyone.

Is there sugar or sugar byproducts in the ingredients?

No sugar, however there is a small amount of sucralose (a zero-calorie artificial sweetener) per pouch.
