This is an easy to swallow vitamin D3 supplement that I take everyday. It is effective (my vitamin D levels are excellent, now) and I will continue purchasing.UPDATE: I should mention that I have been taking 3 pills, daily just to ensure that my D3 levels are good. My serum D levels went from 23 ng/dl to 59 ng/dl (above 50 ng/dl is considered optimal/excellent) within 4 MONTHS.

Vitamin D has been one of those supplements that has been heavily researched and deficits have been correlated with the future possible potential of certain ailments so it is important but one we may easily miss due to more time indoors and lack of natural availability from our diet. Particularly those of us who are plant based.That said, it is important to pick a good brand as the supplement industry is not that well regulated and this one in particular does not include a bunch of questionable fillers and is still very reasonably priced. It is plant based and D3 also helps your body absorb calcium. It is also one pill once a day which I appreciate.Well priced for a plant based D3 that is easy to take !

I live in Los Angeles. I am outside way too often without sunblock. And yet, on EVERY blood panel I have almost no Vitamin D. HOW is that possible? So I have to supplement. The JSHealth is a decent supplement. Small capsule size, just about the right amount. No gross taste. Easy to get down. I think this is a really well known brand overseas and in Australia.

I recently had a vitamin D test that showed I was deficient, so I started taking these supplements. Quite tiny and easy to swallow. I have to assume they are doing what they are supposed to be doing, as I don't feel any different. I like that they're a clean product. Two month supply.
