Nova Nutritions Certified Organic Bacopa Powder 16 OZ (454 gm) - Also Called Bacopa Monnieri (Leaf)

I was hesitant because I can be a total wimp with flavor/taste, but this stuff is great. It was cheaper than the capsules. Bacopa has absolutely helped me with energy. As someone with Lyme, fatigue, lethargy, extreme exhaustion are huge issues. Although it doesn't wipe that away, it definitely helps. I can tell a difference with and without it. I add this to my nightly smoothie and it blends perfectly, not changing the taste at all. I use 1/2 to almost 1 tsp (maybe closer to 3/4 tsp). Definitely give it a try!

This wonderful powder mixes well with any liquid and is swallowed easily. And it makes a significant difference in brain performance! I highly recommend it!

It is just just what it says - powdered Bacopa. It has no analysis for bacosides which vary by season, place of growth, etc. It did seem a little weak for me. I did switch to a product with specified bacosides.

This product is a very fine powder. I have a hard time with powders making a mess! My first action was to transfer a small amount to another container for daily use. The product is double packaged with an inner foil bag and an outer "zipper" paper bag. Every movement I made released power in to the air. Maybe it would have been easier if I removed the foil bag from the paper, but just moving the foil bag released a cloud of powder.

I put 1/4 top in my morning keto shake. Helps keep blood pressure under control. Because of this amount, this bag lasts for months.
