Accurate and a Great Value for the Price
I did some research and looked at a lot of RF trackers before choosing this one. There are other highly rated choices, but they are very expensive if you need multiple collar transmitters. With 2 cats and plans to get a 3rd, I got the 4 transmitter package for under $100.I empathize with the other rater who got upset because the little screwdriver didn't work (mine worked fine), but it's not a fair rating of the product when that person sent it back without using it. So far, in use, I think this tracker deserves 5 stars.Positives:Accuracy - I live on 5 acres, with thick woods behind my yard. I was able to track my cats when it was time for them to come in. Getting through the brush was a bit of a challenge for me, but not for the tracker. It lead me right to them. This is, of course, the most important criteria for a rating - will it work to find your pet?Price point: I couldn't justify spending a hundred dollars per transmitter, so this model seems like the best option for multiple transmitters for a decent price.Tips / suggestions for improvements:One thing I didn't realize from reading the description was that, once you get close to your pet's signal, you can turn the receiver to mute and push the numbered button to make the transmitter on your pet's collar chirp. With the silicon covers on the transmitters, that chirp is barely audible, so I used an Exacto knife to cut out the oval on the covers so the sound was not blocked. I suggest that the manufacturer consider taking this step, but it's fairly easy for the buyer to make this modification.Cons: So far, the minor issues I see are those tiny screws having to be removed and installed to get the batteries in and out. And there seems to be no way to tell how far discharged the batteries in the transmitters are. The warning says that they will no longer charge and need to be replaced if they go below 10% charge, but how will I know when this might happen when there's no way to measure their remaining charge?Overall, given the choices of RF trackers currently available, I think this model (especially for multiple transmitters) is the best you'll find for the money.

Not good - tag battery gets discharged very quickly even when not in use
I bought this one because tabcat tags are no longer available. The issue is a tag battery. Gets discharged very quickly even when not in use. Sometimes you need to open a tag and close it to bring it life. Not worth the money.

Stopped working 15 days after return window closed
The green direction indicator stopped working. Then it started making some kind of error tone that would not stop. Completely unusable.Contacted the company, at first they asked me to mail it to California and they would send me a new one from Taiwan. When I asked for a prepaid shipping label, they started mansplaining that it is working properly and attached to users guide.I’m not a complete idiot. I know it is malfunctioning and their customer service is abysmal.Hopefully I can get some satisfaction from Amazon once I report the lack of customer support.

Screwdriver Wrong Size
The included screwdriver does not fit the screws. It is slightly too big. Nothing in our house is small enough.
