I have a regular size 5" roller with Naga cover as shown (there are others available on Lanna Roller's website). I love it. Use it mainly to roll my back and legs and anywhere else that might have a niggle at the time, and get a decent amount of pressure on my muscles with this roller size.Think if I'd gone for one of the plastic rollers it would have got put away and forgotten about, but my Lanna Roller stays in the living room and I pick it up and use it throughout the day or when I'm watching TV. It looks nice stood on the coffee table so that's where it lives.I would advise almost anyone to get into body rolling. And if you do it's well worth investing in a good roller. So look no further than the Lanna Roller; the highest quality and most aesthetically pleasing foam roller on the market by far!

I am extremely pleased with the quality and ascetic beauty of the Lanna Roller. I have/had ITBS which was severe enough for surgery but cured by disciplined daily rolling. Since this is a daily ritual, I keep the roller in the living room at all times. Guests see the roller as a piece of art rather than a medical device. I have found that I much prefer the latex foam padding over my plastic core/foam roller although it is a little more firm. After three years of daily rolling, I have worn out two traditional plastic/foam rollers. I expect the Lanna to hold up much better.While the Lanna Roller is certainly more expensive than its competitors, the quality of construction and function made this a good investment for myself and my family.

hands down the physically and visually best roller I have found so far..I have the 5'' and 3'' diameter and use them both daily ..I feel odd if I don't, as my spine is so much more subtle and my muscles and ligaments less tight.. it's like self-massage.. and hey, who doesn't like that! smile emoticonthe core is firm, but the top has the right softness or resistance, so you can adjust the pressure perfectlyand they are even a nice decoration ..if you think the price is too high, I would say it's much a better investment than buying yet another decorative pillow or vase and such (or an ugly rubber/foam roller that you have to hide away each time wink emoticonthis roller is a precious piece of handcraft (besides functional), not just another machine mass product..

The designed Lanna Roller is too beautiful to put away! It is lying as a decoration piece in my living room, thus very often used to role over muscles, hang on it while reading, lying lengthwise improving pelvis stability and core strength, put my legs on so my feet hang in the open and my heals relax. Lana Rollers have been an beautiful tool that I use both for myself and for my clients. I have found a number of uses for them for releasing tension in the neck, back, shoulders and thighs. Rolling has been an incredible tool that I have personally used in my path to healing from a frozen shoulder injury. Can't recommend them highly enough!
