No compromises phone
I bought this to replace my xz premium which I've now got repaired. This phone is something else, battery life has progressively started to improve over time. The screen is great quality and a amazing size for watching videos online and the HDR affect is a great touch.Pictures and videos are absolutely superior in every shape and form compared to my xz premium the sharpness and how impressive it is at low light is beyond impressiveAs far as I'm concerned this phone is a game changer , I have no plans on swapping out phones for a long time .One only downside is that screen covers aren't very affective on the phone so don't waste your time doing so but the phone has a strong glass screen so don't worry.

Absolutely amazing
I love this phone. I had the S9+ because the note wasn't out at the time when my phone died. Now I have it I am extremely pleased with my purchase. As a child I always had mud on my face and a notepad in my pocket, I grew up scribbling things down and drawing up ideas for wild projects, so the S-Pen is a welcomed addition to what basically is the S9+. I purchased the 512gb version, I am a heavy PC user, immediately I put a lot of music and favourite videos filling up 100gb day one, so I can absolutely justify getting the bigger version. The note taking is great, I love the S-Pen, the battery is good, but if you have the always on display to see your on display notes, it drains the battery a lot. I was using it at first, but I have had to turn it off. Unlocking the phone to see pinned notes is good enough. I've had no issues with the phone, it runs perfectly, it's fast and fluid. I absolutely love this device, almost all the video reviews on youtube agree that it is a fantastic phone.

WORTH IT! Just like a new phone, except one minor damage which is bearable
As you can see on the pictures the phone is in perfect condition except the minor damage on the left upper corner but you would expect this from a used phone, that's why it's cheaper than a new one. I think over time you could damage a new one too, like I did when I bought a brand new Note 4 and dropped it multiple times until I had the same mark on the corner :DAll the hardware works, at least everything that I've tested so far, most importantly camera, fingerprint, iris sensor .... these all work just fine so 430 pounds was definitely worth it, you also get 1 year warranty which is much better than 3 months that you usually get with other companies. If I have to tell some cons I would say no accessories included at all not even the box itself. I don't know if this applies for all their phones or mine was a specific. You only get a usb-c cable for charging, a sim opener ohh and my favourite, some HARIBO bears :DDD I instantly had smile on my face when I saw them in the package :PP

Better than the Note 8...
I adore the Galaxy Note series. My Note 8 has a cracked screen and is out of warranty. I originally planned to get another Note 8 as I'm nowhere near a Samsung repair place (and a new screen would cost almost as much as the Note 8 now that the Note 10 is out) but I decided to pay a little bit extra and go for the upgrade to the Note 9. Just after I did, the news came out that they weren't rolling out Android 10 to the Note 8, so I was even more delighted. I nearly splashed out on the Note 10, but in reality this more than meets my needs. I'm able to stream films to my heart's content, and use social media. The phone is almost the same overall size and weight as the Note 8, but the screen appears bigger. The battery life is much better, and it recharges quickly. The camera is superb, especially in low light, which is an improvement. I really like the stylus, though I get a bit annoyed when it "runs out of juice" even though I'm just using it to tap and scroll - it doesn't actually need battery for these functions, so I get annoyed by the notification. It does recharge very quickly. Fingerprint sensor is much better than on the Note 8, and is in a better location below the camera rather than beside it, so fewer instructions to clean the lens!! Overall, I think it is fabulous!

Smartphone for power users and technophobes alike
The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is, quite simply, the best phone which I have ever owned - and I began with a Nokia Brick 26 years ago, so I have some experience!I resisted moving away from a hard keyboard until I purchased a Blackberry Key 2 (hated it after the Blackberry Passport) and accidentally dropped it into a jug of water on my potter's wheel - don't ask!Persuaded to look at a Samsung Galaxy Note, I was immediately won over by the headphone jack in the Note 9 (Long Live Dinosaurs!), the quirkiness of the S pen as well as its incredible usefulness for those of us who cannot abide fingerprints marring the surface of our screens.Having owned the phone for several weeks now, I cannot recommend it highly enough.I use the S pen for quick functions and a marvellous lightweight bluetooth keyboard when using the phone as a mini tablet. For me, it is a much neater solution than my iPad and keyboard combo or my laptop.Thank you, Samsung, for a brilliant solution to problems which I have suffered, unknowingly, in silence for years. I am thrilled!

Not what i expected
Over the moon with this. It took me a week to make up my mind on if I get this phone or a new one almost 200 more.... I love this and so glad I decided to take a gamble. Delivery was two days earlier also. After just 4mth the phone has stopped working. Cant use for anything other than phone calls. The customer service is disgusting and they are refusing a refund. I would never buy from again and think amazon should stop using these.I have looked after this phone since day one of having it and seller has been nothing but rude
