Great to handle, carry and store. Careful when retracting not to put your fingers between the rungs as it closes with a bang ! Very sturdy and versatile in only extending to the length you need. Very pleased with purchase. They seem well made and all safety latches engage and release as they should. Care should be taken though when collapsing the ladder. DO NOT have your hands or fingers anywhere near the rings when collapsing the ladder. Best tip I seen was a guy on YouTube demonstrating how to do it safely. Assuming you have fully extended the ladder you begin with the bottom section. With finger completely away from rungs, release one of the safety latches, it doesn't matter which side. The weight of the ladder will cause it to move down slightly on the side of the latch you just pressed. Then grab the bottom rung above the latch you have just released and hold it firmly while pressing the other latch. Prepare to take the weight of the ladder as it will now collapse into the bottom section. Repeat this procedure for all remaining sections. It sounds complicated but once you have a bit of practice it's very simple.

Had my doubts when ordering these ladders as they seemed so much cheaper than other similar items. However they are sturdy and of good quality and I am very pleased with my purchase. I recommend!

ALways wanted a telescopic ladder to get into our loft did a lot of searching and bought this on easy to use just be careful when lowering as long as you use the catches and keep your fingers clear it collapses really easily,i keep it upstairs stores away nicely ready to use,best ladder ive bought in a long while.

I bought these to work on my caravan. They are light and portable but not the sturdiest. Height is accurate but hold reservations on being value for money time will tell.
