Hit and Miss Mask Set
I find that sometimes I am in need of a really deep cleansing mask and another time I want something more moisturising and this set seems to cover all bases. If you are new to facial masks it is a great way to see what suits you or maybe you can share with your friends and have a pamper party!The packaging is pretty standard but ok. It was a real struggle to get into though and, as another reviewer commented, the sachets had glue residue on them and everything had to be cleaned before it was ok to use. I clean everything anyhow before using but this made it take a lot longer.There are eight single-use sachet masks and three small tubes. My favourite was definitely the watermelon and aloe cooling mask, which smelt lovely and soothed my stressed skin. Unfortunately, the stressed skin was caused by using the charcoal and black sugar mud mask as it really didn’t suit my skin at all. It hasn’t done any lasting damage and I have learnt my lesson that my skin can’t tolerate mud masks any more, it’s another sign I am getting old!Overall I like the idea of this set and most of the products are ok, some are good and it’s just one in particular that doesn't suit my skin. I think with a wide range like this most people will find some that suit their skin more than others but I would say if you have very sensitive skin this may not be the best choice.
