Berkley Gulp! Grub Saltwater Fishing Soft Bait

Smells terrible, dries up quick if not in sauce and becomes unusable. Tails get bit off pretty easy, isn’t the most durable. But these things always catch fish even when the bite is turned off. Cost isn’t too bad.

Purchased these for Salmon fishing in Alaska. Didn’t get to using them but they are good quality!

Hubby using it for lingcod or rock fish (when in season or allowed by law to fish) said that bait is good and attracts toothy predators. He pairs it with a 1.5 - 2 oz jig head (10/0 hook????) he said. He usually fishes at around 100 feet deep or so.What he likes about it:1. it glows but he said he is using UV flashlight. though glow does not lasts for too long2. good size3. good action4. decent resealable packaging5. Liked all caught a 22 inch fluke

So, I got these for saltwater, and they just get hit by everything. I literally can't stay still because baitfish will take nibbles at them. They do get beat up pretty easily, but if there are game fish, they will attract them, and you can set the hook.

and I'm catching some bigger fluke.

Never bought these before and the package was smaller than I expected but who said fishing is a cheap hobby.

Great action on these. My only complaint would be they can't touch other brand soft plastics. Colors bleed.

Awesome baits!!! Smell terrible nbut the fish love it. Rockfish and Lingcod destroy them!! Pair them up with a 1-4oz Bucktail jig and it's fish on!!Just wish they came with 6 in a pack instead of 4

Incorrectly stored so not fit for use once taken out along with them been out of recommended date to use as they fall apart due to age
