This vacuum is great - I have 850 square feet and it's perfect and it is actually 3 in one and the attachments make it one great bargain. If you live in a 600 to 1200 square feet residence this is the one you need - hardwood and carpet - under the bed - on top of the valence - it's all possible with this Shark.

It was a toss up between this and the Dyson. After thinking about it a short moment it occurred to me, that I have power plugs all over my house, and I don't want to have to screw a charging station into my wall to use a vacuum for 20 minutes. All the attachments that accompany this product are great, long wand to get under appliances and couches, light and compact enough to vacuum stairs easily. The Vacuum section detaches and has a mount by the carpet cleaning head so it isn't top heavy and will stand on its own. The Dirt bin is small, but its easy to take off and put back on. 2 Shorthaired Dogs that shed a ton and my carpet doesn't look like an animal throw rug anymore. Granted I may need to use this on my winter coat as I think it has more fur on it than my dog does. Replaced an expensive canister vac, and I am glad they came out with this design.Final thoughts - Small, powerful, easy, and lightweight. Id recommend it so far, but time will tell on the build quality.

Shark really works good on my carpet it picked up more than my old vacuum,didn't have to worry about vaccume bags ,work well on cleaning my ceiling fans.Really is a great product. I would recommend it to anyone that's interested in a shark vacuum.

This is the best vacuum I've owned. It's easy to use, Really sucks up all the fur etc on my laminate floors. Switching tools isn't complicated. The tools work well. Small issues: 1) the dirt bin doesn't hold much (but cat fur does take up lots of space). 2) You can't stand the vacuum up during a pause. It has to be leaned on something or put on floor. Very pleased overall. The breaks down very easily for storage.

Love this little Shark Rocket, has lots of power and does a great job pulling up the dirt. Only concern is the container is very small and needs to be emptied often. But it has lots of power, it's keeper!

Very happy with performance of Shark Rocket . Light weight, easy assembly, able to easily change tools and also to empty dirt container. I have limited ability due to a back injury and the Shark Rocket is user friendly for me. This is my second Shark vacuum, I keep one upstairs and one on main floor for ease of cleaning. Light weight and compact so housing the vacuums in a closet is easily done.

I purchased this unit to replace a new $1500.00 exectrolux unit bought just two years ago. the reason is that the heavy and ill moving exectrolux just wears you out trying to move around. and forget about ever getting under couches and loveseats. The Shark rocket is just as good if not better than the Electrolux and so much easier to get out, use and put back without the drudgery of the heavy ill moving older designed unit. I had ordered the pet hair unit and upon receiving it from Amazon I found on review of the included pamphlet that two of the most usuable items (1) small brush and (2) small electric motor brush had not come in the unit I had purchased. I called Shark and their customer service was exceptional and within a week I had both of these brushes sent at Shark' expense and they work wonderfully on the couch and other seating. Shark makes purchasing one of their exceptional units even better by backing it up with superior customer service.

My only problem with this vacuum is it is too heavy when fully assembled. However, it does come apart very easy for storage. Other than that, it works great on floors, stairs, and window seats. One bonus is it is really easy to empty when full.
