I needed to build a screen door for my back house entry due to a contractor who built the frame for the rear door building it in a non-standard fashion which does not fit manufactured screen doors. I ordered this screen because it came in a large enough size to do the entire door in one go. Screen got here promptly and was very easy to work with. I cut it to size using a pair of scissors. I put the screen behind a metal grate on this door (just in case) to keep the cats and dogs from ripping it when they paw at the door. Now I can leave my back door open and air out the house without pets and bugs getting in. This worked very well for what I needed it for in a DIY screen door. Given its thickness and ease of use I would not hesitate to buy it again if I need to do some other screens like for windows etc. It lets air in very well and also keeps bugs out perfectly. When used properly I have no doubt this will be exactly what I need for any given screening jobs.

I didn't want to bring my screen to the hardware store to have it replaced so I had bought a kit. I thought it would be tough to do, but it was soooo easy! I ended up replacing several screens until I ran out of material because they looked so fresh and clean. I ordered more of this screen material so I could keep going. I just love it.

used it for my rv screen door newscasts my dog scratched through the old one and install was very easy. so easy. but not sleezy.

It was a good value, but was to thick for what I wanted to use it for.

The screen seems a bit cheap and I doubt it would hold up to harsh cuts or animals. However, for the price it looks good and is relatively transparent, if that is what you are looking for.

If you need to repair or replace the mesh on your windows or doors this will do it nicely. It’s flexible yet durable.
