Forskolin stimulates the production of a molecule called cyclic AMP. Cyclic AMP is responsible for facilitating the communication between our cells. When there's an increase in cyclic AMP, it allows our cells to increase the production of a hormone called sensitive lipase, a hormone responsible for burning fat. Cyclic AMP is also thought to stimulate the release of the thyroid hormone, another hormone that helps in burning fat. In short, Forskolin stimulates the production of fat-burning enzymes that in turn, burn fat and lead to weight loss.

When I first heard about Forskolin, I was intrigued by the reports, so I did some research on the product. I went to the original study, looked at the dosage and amounts that were used in the trial, and found to my surprise that this product from PacificCoast NutriLabs contained the same amounts used in the study, which is so very rare when it comes to putting a product on the market. Most products will attach themselves to a study that shows good results, but the product itself is never at the levels or amounts that the study was conducted at. This, however was not the case with PCNL's forskolin. I am extremely happy with the results and will be reordering!

Been taking for 15 days and see no change in anything. No appetite suppression, no weight loss, nothing. I will finish the bottle, but do not recommend for weight loss if you're over 50.

Good product. I take this with green coffee bean extract. When I take daily I seem to drop around 4-5 lbs. When I forget for a few days I gain them back. So not a total win but a short term will work for me at the moment.

Seems to help lose weight
I was hoping this wasn't another diet fad pill. I was actually surprised. Taken regularly, it does seem to help with weight loss. I've lost about 9 lbs. in a month.
