This product does the job for sure, but it is very tight. I have an Apple battery charger and airpod pros that have to be placed correctly or it won’t close. Even if placed correctly it still pushes on the controller itself.

This case is *way* bigger than it needs to be. Really the only things it needs to do in general use are to protect it from things in my bag, namely getting scratched or letting the thumb sticks get whanged out of place. This case turns a small device into something the size of a large desktop hard drive, or a very thick paperback. I do not recommend this case unless you are planning on throwing it down a mountain and need to protect it — and even then, it probably won’t help much, as the Backbone fits loosely inside it! There is an elastic strap which does not provide any tension at all.That said, the actual build quality is pretty nice, so it gets 2 stars — but it’s poorly designed and I don’t recommend it.
