This product might have been good but it would not conform to fit on areas of the body needed. When frozen it became a giant packaged ice cube. No different then those frozen packs sold during the summer for your ice chest.They put too much gel product in the bag allowing no room for the distribution of product when you want to bend it to drape over a shoulder or around a wrist.I had to order another similar product. And this was money lost!

Purchased the Reusable Ice Pack for Injuries with Wrap by Kinetic Labs and 2 of the Reusable Gel Ice Packs for Injuries by Kinetic Labs (2 Pack) on 4-7-2021 and 7-27-2021 gel is leaking out one of them. See picture attached. I have a total of 5 Kinetic Labs ice packs. These are not as cold as I thought they would be. Gel to ice ratio is not the same for each pack and this causes some of them to be colder than the others. Disappointed on how long they lasted. I purchased 4 - Rester's Choice ice packs on 2-4-2021 and they are way colder and no gel has leaking out as of 7-27-2021. This "ice" pouch gets colder, stays colder, for much longer, gets cold quicker, and has less condensation then the other 4 or 5 brands that I had been previously using. Using this Kinetic Labs brand has been such a relief after 2 weeks of the others, I ordered and received 4 of these. I have been icing my foot by Dr. order since my surgery 5 weeks ago through an infection with an unexpected 7 days in the hospital to clear that up and beyond. I am so glad I ordered these, as I continue icing my foot I expect to use these for many years to come as they are made of strong, very flexible material and comfortable to mold to my foot when completely frozen. I got these to help with some sciatica I’ve been feeling recently. They definitely don’t replace anti-inflammatories. But ease the pain for the time that I have one strapped to my lower back.I like that they don’t get rock solid when frozen. It allows them to push more into the curves of your body rather than forcing your body to curve around it. It also stays cold for a very long time. I had one against my skin for about an hour and it was still partly frozen.The one criticism I have for it comes from my own paranoia. The material that creates the casing feels like it could burst at any time. I’m confident it won’t. The seal on the outside is very strong, and I would think, rip resistant. It’s just something you got to get used to for a ice back that will conform to your body.

***Edit - came back to say that I ordered a second set of these. The first set were great, but my young daughter wrecked one and it started leaking. I needed to have at least 2 at the ready for a recent gallbladder surgery, so I ordered another set. I ordered the wrap that coordinates with it as well, and now have 4 packs and a wrap. Super satisfied with it all.Durable, easy to use, and flexible enough even when frozen. I got these when recovering from knee surgery, and used them with a wrap to ice my knees. They work great, and have been used for other icing needs ...as well as thrown into coolers to help keep food chilled. Quality product, and super easy to wipe down and clean. I would definitely buy again when needed.
