Cheap and Cheerful

Bought this as part of a Halloween costume for work. When it arrived the flowers were squashed and had a cheap feel and look to them. Taking it out the packet one of the end flowers immediately came loose and didn’t seem to be stuck down effectively. I attached it back on with blu tack! The lacy veil part was lovely and really enhanced the look! Did the job.
