It contains all good healthy add-ons and has 350 calories per bottle, so it does help if you want to maintain your weight, or gain weight. I was really glad my Doctor had recommended it, or I would still be at 108 pounds.

Lucky me, I was diagnosed with gastroparesis this year. I tried all of them. I prefer the milk chocolate. I have been buying it from this seller abc always got what I ordered. The shakes I use with lunch and with dinner to help me get all the nutrients I need as a 53yr old picky eater I know I need to support and boost my intake.
