I bought these for the heel padding, but thought the other pieces may come in handy. They sure did! A cute pair of flats that I have, that never really fit right, now are one of my favorite, go-to shoes. The insert are comfortable and ready to apply. They stick well inside your shoe. I have had no movement in either the heel or the pad of my foot. They are also easy to apply. I recommend and will buy again if needed.

I bought the Heel Grips Liner Cushions Inserts for my shoes that were slightly too big, and they’ve worked really well! The set comes with both beige and black options, which is great depending on the color of the shoes you’re using them in. The grips are easy to place in the heel area of the shoe and stick well without sliding around.The comfort level is impressive too. I’ve used them in a pair of shoes where the heel would often rub, causing discomfort and blisters, and these heel pads really help prevent that. They cushion the back of my feet nicely, reducing friction and providing a more secure fit.Additionally, the metatarsal pads are a nice bonus! They help distribute the pressure better across the foot, which provides extra comfort when walking for longer periods. They’ve definitely made wearing shoes that were a bit too big much more comfortable.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the adhesive on the pads was a bit stronger. After a few wears, I did notice that one of the heel grips started to lift a little, but it wasn’t a major issue. A quick fix with some fabric glue should solve that problem.Overall, these heel grips and metatarsal pads are a great purchase if you're dealing with slightly loose shoes and want a more comfortable fit without any heel pain or blisters. I’d recommend them!

I bought and returned 4 different sets of these. Finally found perfection. I bought a pair of shoes I absolutely loved but they were a half size too big. I couldn't find my size anywhere so I tried this. They are perfect. Discreet, very comfy and my shoes fit and they are more comfortable now.

I like that there is a variety of shapes and colors. As well as how soft they are. But they do not stick very well at all. I bought these for some loafers that my heels keep slipping out of. Followed instructions, but halfway through the day they started falling off and sticking to my socks. Tried new pads on a different pair of shoes, and the same thing happened. Might try again but I don’t know how to make them stick

Love, love, love!I was sliding out of my flats. So, I bought these insoles. They helped! And, I no longer slide out of my shoes. They are also very comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

These will do the job. Very comfortable and easy to put in.

Good variety

So far, the pads stay in place. I haven't tried all of the styles because I haven't needed them yet, but the heel cushions work just fine.
