Best Gluten Free Pasta Ever!
This is the BEST gluten free pasta and we have tried many. My husband loves it and he is not GF. When cooking, it helps to stir the pasta with a pasta fork occasionally to keep it from clumping together (just like regular pasta). Cooking the pasta al dente is important so as not to over cook it. Generally, we find that GF pasta does not hold well if left in pasta sauce or soup. It is better to store the left over cooked pasta by itself, reheat it and then add it to the warmed sauce or soup. It is excellent with Udi's French Baguettes.

sticks together when boiling and hard to unclump
I love Biaglut pasta, esp their macaroni (just like real semolina pasta) and tagliatelle (amazing and chewy and delicious). However, this spaghetti clumps together. I cook the other biaglut pasta with boiling water and/or salt and oil and the other types (macaroni, spirals, rigatoni, stars, penne) don't clump and get stuck together. Maybe I'm cooking the spaghetti wrong. The taste is not bad, but it somehow always ends up a bit too mushy and clumped together so I can't mix it well with sauce despite me using to forks or fingers under cold water to separate each strand. I don't recommend this spaghetti. Biaglut tagliatelle (and any of Biaglut's other pastas) are wonderful and also TJoe's GF spaghetti (cooks without lumping together).

It's not like the real thing
I give this I high grade because it is the closest I have come real "gluten full" pasta. It's not exactly like it but people won't even notice if you don't tell them. I notice because I'm the one cooking it.

simply amazing - obviously not all gluten free pasta is created equally
You will not be dissapointed if you buy this gluten free pasta. It is worth every penny spent. I have paid as much as $8 at local store (not many carry it) before they were unable to import it. I was thrilled when I found it offered on Amazon. I sold half of my shipment to my celiac sister. If you're part of a support group perhaps consider a group order to defray the cost. This pasta really puts the other top seller to shame. I am a self proclaimed pasta junkie and I have tried most of the gluten free varieties available. Try this and you will love it. Time to step down from my soapbox.

The best gluten-free pasta
Given all the horrible gluten-free pasts sold in grocery stores, I don't understand why this stuff isn't absolutely everywhere. It is so much better than everything else you have tried that you won't believe it. We serve this to non-celiac people all the time without comment, and nobody has ever noticed that it's not the normal wheat pasta they are used to. Just don't overcook it, and you will not be able to tell the difference.

This one is the best tasting, sauce grabbing with the right pasta consistency and price per plate I have tried. Heinz makes a great product.

wonderful gluten free pasta
By far, this is the best gluten free pasta I have ever used. It has the same taste and texture as traditional pasta. My order arrived on time, and I have been enjoying my pasta dishes again.

Great Pasta
BiAgult is almost as tasty as non gluten free pasta. Best gluten pasta I have found in the last ten years.
