Great stuff. I can't believe how quickly I've gone through this bottle. It's probably meant more for dipping and dressings, but I've primarily used it for cooking.After returning from a trip to Tuscany, I have started using more olive oil in my cooking; unfortunately, the Italians I met told me that bad weather led to a bad 2015 olive harvest and the Italian olive oil quality would suffer. I consequently looked to some other producers for fresh, high-quality olive oil and settled on Portugal after trying sample sized bottles from various producers. This has a great flavor; it's attractively packaged; and I plan to purchase more ASAP. Just a few things I learned and thought I'd share with others shopping for olive oil:-While it doesn't necessarily expire after a year, it's flavor can suffer so try to use it as you buy it.-Extra-virgin refers to its acid content, not quality.

The taste is very good, it has the aroma of real olives, nothing fake in this product. If you put some on a small plate with oregano leaves, and dip a piece of french bread in it, you should enjoy it.

Tasty olive oil, great price and nice gift packaging. Have a bottle to all of my colleagues and they were thrilled.
