I have been trying these for 2 weeks and not even a warm sensation from moxibustion. I have switched to using these on the pressure point recommended on my foot as the spot on my navel doesn't have as much of a reaction and still hardly anything, but at least it melts... that's it though. Should be returned.

Used religiously seen no results and the stickers are useless. If you wear any clothes on that area it rubs it off if it's not covered adhesive just rolls off. The product stayed in place for the most part but good luck removing and cleaning out. And the smell is very strong and very unpleasant.

I didn't lose any weight. I'm not sure if that was a result expected from the product. However, I've gotten some of the best sleep ever! Also I wear it at night in my navel with no tape and I have a smooth bowl movement in the morning. Something I was struggling with. Great!! I'll be buying more.

It’s very easy to use and quite comfortable, you don’t even feel it in the belly. The smell is rather interesting but it’s okay because it’s natural herbs so it’s workable and tolerable. I just received it and I’ve only used it twice now. The first time the adhesive patch detached and the ball fell out but the second time I attached another patch above and below it and it stayed on longer.. So I think that the only improvement idea I could offer is if you could expand the patch to a bigger wider patch with a stronger adhesive so it can securely hold the ball in the belly longer. Otherwise it is very affordable and worth the money to give it a try.
