Wouldn't buy any other
I love this mixture for waffles. Here's my recipe. I'll spare you the US measurement nonsense, lol. All in metric. I find it's great to pop my mixing bowl on digital scales, then measure and tare, changing between grams and millilitres as I go. Lump all the ingredients in together from the off. No need separate or do things in a certain order.Waffle mixture to make 6 waffles in my electric side-by-side double waffle maker:120g mix/powder175ml milk (actually, I always use 100ml milk and 75ml of double cream)35ml of vegetable (rapeseed) oil1 whole eggMix mix mix until there's only fine lumps and leave to settle for 5 minutes.Put waffle iron on until the light goes green. Spray or lightly coat the iron in vegetable oil(In my TCM double-waffle maker, this will make x6 normal sized waffles.)Use a silicone spatula to smooth out the mixture into the waffle iron and close. Don't overfill or it WILL spill out the sides and be a waste.Set timer (I use Alexa) for 3 minutes.Done.I'm one of those weirdos who prefers corn syrup to real maple syrup, but both go wonderfully on the waffles.Make a double batch by simply doubling the above ingredients. I often do this and refrigerate or freeze the leftovers. I'm told reheating them in a toaster for two minutes keeps the 'just off the iron' crispiness to them, yet others prefer them floppy out of the microwave. My advice though: only eat them straight from the iron. Nothing compares.Enjoy!

The Best Before date is short but it tastes so good that won’t be a problem
I was initially disappointed that the date was short (April 2022) but the pancakes are absolutely gorgeous. Light as air and so delicious the box certainly won’t make it through the month.

It was good… hotcakes were a hit

Expensive For a box of flour and baking soda
So you can basically make your own with flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and a bit of vanilla for a fraction of the price.

Has the recipe changed? Not as good!
Not as good as previously. At this high price it’s not good value for money.

Just ok
Needed more milk than instructed and even still were very thick when cooked. They were fine, did the job but wouldn't buy again.
