But I think the price range, and the taste compared to other brands is actually quite good. * Good Taste * Can be used for Sushi if you're good enough * Cheap, cost effective * Easy to stack in the pantry * Can buy in bulk to make even cheaper * Can throw this **** with anything, and you'll have a darn good meal * Soaks in every flavor you put on it. Butter. Shrimp. Worcheshchehshehrhshsher sauce. You name it, it'll absorb it, and give you *CHEFKISS* flavors. I absolutely love this stuff, and have bought over four boxes work (6 per box) and honestly, its good even if you are dieting. Only around 270 ish calories, and you can combine with Kimchi or Veggies for a low-cal meal. High in the carbs, but its rice. Would not recommend for KETO, as it will shoot your carbs in the foot. Highly recommend. 10/10 Flavor is only a 4 star due to it being plain sticky rice

These sticky rice bowls are real winners. They take two minutes to prepare in the microwave and they give you a nice serving (or two)of very good sticky rice. You can add vinegar to make seasoned sushi rice for your own sushi, make rice balls, serve with vegetables or protein or just eat as is. Reasonably priced given the convenience. These are becoming a staple around our house. They can be the basis for a quick lunch,a nice side dish or a foundation/element of much more elaborate preparations. We put this in lettuce wraps with some leftover duck and a few seasonings and had a very elegant and successful snack for unexpected visitors. One bowl usually serves two normal appetites or one very large, very Hungry, man quite nicely, I've added this to soups and stir fries etc. and one bowl was actually enough to serve three or four people when used that way.

All the comments talk about the "amazing flavor" and how "tasty" it is. To my ( probably uncultured) palette, its just tastes just like any other rice you can get outside of restaurants (even then restaurant rice will probably taste like this if you don't put seasoning on it). It's just plain rice. Microwaves instantly, holds sticky-ness, follows what's advertised by seller. I got this as so many mentioned it's "intense flavor," assuming it was seasoned (as this is one of the first results that comes up with instant seasoned Sushi Rice). But I guess I didn't read the reviews well enough, because it's just unseasoned rice and mine just had an overwhelming taste of plastic. So that's mostly my fault than the seller's. So if you want plain, instant sticky rice that's conveniently packaged, this is 9/10 (-1 point for medium grain which made it harder for me to roll like they do for American Sushi with the nori on the inside, but maybe I'm bad at it) If you wanted to recreate what you get at Americanized sushi restaurants, you need to add your own mixture of rice vinegar, salt, and sugar (which thankfully Amazon has some premade sushi seasoning flavorings). I'll add some to mine and see how that goes, then update on flavor. 1/10 of what I expected, 10/10 on what was advertised by the seller

Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, so I can't eat ANY food containing Gluten & now many allergens cause me digestive issues even if not fully allergic. My food has basically become Chicken, Turkey, Rice, Potatoes, and Fruit for some fiber. Rice in the USA is LOADED w/ arsenic, especially here on the East Coast, so I was looking for options from California (50% less Arsenic) or from overseas. I have some other longer cook rice, but NOTHING has beat Annie Chun's Sticky White Rice for EASE, Convenience, and QUALITY! The price has bounced around and so has availability in the Biden Era, going from $10 to $17 to sometimes nearly $30. If you can get this 6-Pack of Sticky White Rice for anywhere between $10 & $18 it's likely worth your money! Just remember to check around for pricing, since 3-packs and other sizes do exist!
