Hi. My original answer above says that the lapel mics I ordered did not work. CORRECTION: The Pyle unit requires a 3.5MM *MONO* input for any type of microphone to work with it. It took me until this week to figure it out. I recently ordered a Sony handheld microphone with with a 3.5mm MONO plug. IT WORKS PERFECTLY! (Pyle, you should really state this in the manual and in the product details.) I've since ordered a lapel mic with the 3.5mm mono plug. Q: What is the difference between the PWMA60UB and the PWMA50UB models?

it appears that the 50UB doesn't have a USB input - so If you don't plan on using it for that, you could save a few bucks and go with the 50

My Pyle pro did not work at all right out of the box. I waited to take it out of the box and then it was too late to get a refund. I was very disappointed appointed.
