I have tried an abundance of gluten free spaghetti pastas. None, in my view, approach the quality of this product. My only complaint, which is true of all gluten free pastas that i have tried, is that they do not warm up well. Indeed, they end up having a chalky taste and consistency when reheated. Freshly used, however, they are magnificent.cle
