This product does not perform as advertised. The 'photo' depicting grill-marks is clearly a fake as it is impossible to get those stripes using this 'grill'. The little slots that 'could' heat up to make 'grill marks' are actually over the WATER RING and do not get hot. Only the flat part in the center of the grill can be used for cooking.Further, the 'grill' base is designed to only fit properly around a small electric burner consequently, it is extremely difficult to raise the temperature enough to 'simulate' a grill.This product is NOT WORTH the money, the hassle, the time or the disappointment.

I love this grill for making chicken after marinating it in fajita marinade. I find it more conveinant than indoor electric grills, you just throw it on the stove like any other pan. The chicken stays juicy and still gets that "grilled" quality on the outside. It's really nice for keeping the juices in meat versus other grills that advertise "lean" grilling. It doesn't make smoke, but because it uses water, there is quite a bit of steam. Running an exhaust fan helps if you have one. The top of the grill separates from the bottom and there are no electic parts, making clean up easy.

Very light weight and hard to clean, hard to fill with water and not spill all over the stove. If the product was a heavier metal, it would work a lot better, plus the top is a little rounded, it should be flat to cook the meat an even space from the stove top. I would not puchase this again

When it's cold, rainy weather, I really don't want to stand outside to cook, so I grill inside . My steaks don't taste and look exactly like it was cooked on a gas grill outside but it's very close and better than pan-frdied.

I did steaks on it. It's not smokeless and they certainly didn't taste like steaks cooked on a grill.

This grill DOES NOT remotely fit over my gas stove burner...EVEN when I remove the grid, which is quite a nuisance & prevents me from using the second burner. Also, the so-called area for the water is so small & shallow that the water really doesn't quite stay put. I am so disappointed in this purchase. The only reason for not returning it is the fact that I don't want to put any more money toward this shoddy product in the form of return postage.
