INDUCTION INNOVATIONS - Mini-Ductor Venom Portable Induction Heater With Coil Twist Lock

Great product by a great company! I live in Minnesota and work on cars that have a lot of rust. Worked on a 2011 Mazda with 200,000 miles that needed a new transfer case. I had to remove the front exhaust assembly and rear cat to get get at the transfer case. Used the Mini-Ducter Venom Portable and the exhaust nuts came right off. I was impressed! I thought I would have to bring out my oxy-acetylene torch but didn't need to thanks to this great product. Delivery was super fast too! I highly recommend! I wish I bought this product a long time ago!

Mini ductors are like magic. Heats up those bolts in a minute or two. This is the OG and it is well designed. Simple to use and melts the thread lock off of all those oem bolts. It is expensive. Some of my coworkers have had good luck with their off brand models from over seas, but I tend to want quality and support. This one has many different sized coils for whatever you are working on. I would buy it again.

Works very well, as I expected it to. The bent shape and quick and simple coil insertion make it very versatile and easy to use. This model has the power for most all common shop jobs. Especially useful for tight areas and where the rusted bolt/nut is attached to a boss on fiberglass. The selection of coils and basic elements that come with item are very limited, so you may need to purchase a greater selection. The cost of this tool in comparison to what it is, does not rate five stars. But, for what it can do when you need it to do it I have to give it top rating. I have used it often since purchase and plan on it lasting a long and useful life, and this rating depends on that being the case. If there is what I would consider a premature failure in the future I will revisit this review.

This tool is absolutely unbelievable!!! I have only used it on one application so far but I'm truly impressed with it. An oxygen sensor that I couldn't get off an exhaust pipe came off so easily after the unit heated the sensor to red hot within 2 minutes. It was stunning to watch!

Needed to repair some evap issues that required me to pull the gas tank out of my 2002 Toyota Tundra, this induction heater worked perfectly allowing me to easily remove the mounting straps with ease. I look forward to years of use, this is a nice high quality tool in both design and use.

This tool helped me remove very rusty bolts out of the frame by the gas tank in a 20 year old Jeep. It's not cheap but for rusted fasteners or ones with Loctite it is safer than a torch. Heat is directed where you want it. 60 to 90 seconds and bolts are red hot.

Not a replacement for a torch . The torch is still faster to heat up bolts or nuts. It does work well in tight places that you cant get a torch into . Also works great for gas tank straps where you don't want to get a torch near.

Absolutely love this thing super handy shop tool beats a torch for most applications.
