We thought the pillows would be larger since we ordered king size but they are quite small.

My spouse has this pillow and I used it a time or two when my neck started hurting. I have tried other neck pillows in the past and they have been too hard. I prefer a softer pillow. With that said, my spouse's pillow was softer than the ones I received...not by much, but enough for me not to want to use. So we switched and now I have the softer one and she didn't notice the difference??? With use, they do become softer and we have had the older one for about 2 years. We are both very happy with the comfort, quality and durability. I am a nurse by trade and have seen many of these cervical contour pillows and often the complaint is they are too hard and uncomfortable. The Soft-tex is the best one I have come across. It was also an excellent deal, basically two for the price of one.

it has an even blend of firmness for the contour of my neck that I need, yet give to allow for comfort. Totally help my neck during sleep.

I am a headache sufferer. More often than not, I wake up in the morning with sore neck leading to daily headaches. I have tried every pillow known to sleep kind, I imagine. Yes, even the My Pillow pillow. I have used various temper pedic pillows as well. Nothing has solved my problem. Until now. This Soft Tex Pillow has changed all that. I can't explain why. Maybe, while it's still contoured, the softness has made the difference. Frankly, I don't care all that much why it's working. Just that it IS working. It doesn't seem to be sold anywhere the website tells you it's sold, so I got it through Amazon.

I get horrible migraines and have found that contour pillows (along with a bunch of other things) help out. My previous contour pillow that I had gotten from my chiropractor finally needed to be replaced so I looked on Amazon for a new one. I was super happy when I found the same brand as a two pack for less than I paid for one! The second one is still in its box, but at least now I'll be prepared when this one needs to go.

Use one at home and had this order shipped to my daughter’s house so I did not have to bring my own when I go to visit.

I had bought these pillows during Black Friday. Not only did they not send 2 like it was advertised but it wasn't even the right one. And to add to that, I could only get a partial refund because of where I lived I could not send the pillow back to get a full refund.

I have used this contour pillow for 6 years to relieve neck and shoulder pain. I purchased new ones because the old was getting soft and mushy. The new are firm, and I prefer firm. My daughter likes the old, which I donated to her because it is a larger pillow in every direction. I do miss the larger pillow, but this one still keeps my neck and shoulders aligned.

Have a pillow made by the same company/style . Really like the pillow!
