These are great safety goggle/readers. There is absolutely no distortion, and the "reader' is the entire lens. I purchased them for dry eye reading, but they are not quite tight enough to hold in enough moisture. However, we will use them for chores that require up-close eye protection.

Quality, clear vision, use indoor or out.

Great find. I have been searching for a good pair of safety readers. So glad to have these. The fit is nice and haven't fogged yet.

I wear these glasses all day at work in the ER, as part of my Covid PPE. I need readers, so these work nicely in conjunction with a face shield. They are somewhat bulky so will not fit under goggles. Pros: lightweight, comfortable, don’t fall off, are easy to clean, scratch resistant, inexpensive. Cons: (1) These are my seventh pair (!) since they keep breaking at the same weak point on the hinge. The plastic is very thin there, and despite being gentle with them, the arm inevitably breaks off. Luckily they are cheap, so I just keep buying new ones. This is definitely a design flaw of some kind. They don’t seem to tolerate even small amounts of repetitive torquing on this spot. Perhaps the plastic is weakening due to repeated cleaning with disinfectant. (2) As other reviewers mentioned, the small rubber nose pieces easily slip off and become lost. This can be solved with a tiny drop of gorilla glue in the hole. Overall I would recommend them if you need readers, since there don’t seem to be many choices out there at this price. Buy a couple pairs though, since the hinge will probably break eventually.

These are excellent! For some strange reason they work better than regular reading glasses. The only thing I can figure is the space between eyes and glasses, I don't know, but I highly recommend them for people with bad vision, with the proper strength.

This is my third pair of these glasses over the last few years. First pair were my normal 1.5 for both near and far vision. After a couple years of lawn work, playing diy car mechanic and related, I abused those things and picked up a few scratches on the lens. They are still doable in a pinch but the scratches on the somewhat soft lens is annoying. So 2nd pair I bought in 2.0 power for near vision. Works well for that and I have taken care of them so far and only very minor scratches. So I needed a pair of the same with a tint for the summer work in Florida sun and heat. Went back to my 1.5 power, good for both near and far work, and totally dig the light grey tint they come in. Only wish the lenses came coated with the latest goop to protect against scratching even if it costs a couple bucks more. These may be polycarbonate lenses for that matter, dunno... polycarbonate has good impact resistance but is susceptible to scratching if the lens is not coated with the latest stuff. Anyway they are pretty good, and good price IMO, and the newest one has rubberized coating on the part that goes over your ear, so that makes it more comfortable an less slippy when your sweating buckets. Still need a little more wear time on the latest tinted ones, but early results are encouraging for this old dude. Be safe out there.

They are nice but I received 2x instead of the 1.5x listed in the description.

These safety glasses are amazing! I needed some magnification and these +2.5 glasses are so clear and give me great all around vision. I will definitely buy another pair for backups.

Nice quality & fit, great service, wearing them helps see detail while protecting eyes, see how they last over time, but seem good quality, depending on scratch resistance of course.
