I bought this because I have and trust Dr. Axe products. I noticed a difference after about 5 weeks when I stopped dragging so much. It's not an instant magic pill. Or an aid to give you immediate energy so you can further wear yourself. You still need to take care of yourself a get proper reat and diet. FOR ME I finally feel like I'm healing with more restful sleep at night and that allows meto function better during the day.

I have been taking this product for about 1 week. Immediately I noticed an increase in energy, however with that has come an increase in anxiety and my sleeping pattern is changing. I read another review that this tapers off. I bought this because I am sensitive to ashwaghanda and it gives me PVC pretty bad sand this product doesn’t have it as an ingredient. I’ve had just a tiny bit of PVC on this product and backed off to 2 a day. I’ve also had some pretty wild dreams since starting and one very lucid dream where I woke up and hallucinated my daughter in the room talking to me. Kind of funny but strange and that triggered some real anxiety. Had to take a prescription anxiety pill to go back to sleep. I’m hoping this does taper off and lowers my super high cortisol levels. I won’t complain about my energy level though! Needed that!

this product works great , but with advanced stage adrenal fatigue who can afford to wait for it to be available again. this is like real medicine for me . Now i'm in a crisis . so i will have to find a different brand , i'm so disappointed and i'm sick . That's why i'm giving it one star Medicine needs to be consistent . SMH

I don't know what to think of these. I'm sure they help but can't tell any difference. I am also confused about the dosing . ..says take 3 tablets one or more times daily....well, what the heck is the ideal dose? Also, everytime I use a high quality probiotic I have a die off stage that includes facial breakouts. With these, nothing. I also was thinking these contained ashwaganda because I have heard that is a great adaptogenic herb but it does not. I'm going to get a second bottle to give it another cycle but after that if I don't really feel a difference (or my lab work doesn't reflect an improvement) I probably won't buy again. **UPDATE 2 weeks or so after finishing this bottle I finally feel a little more normal. I lost my libido the entire time I was taking this product. Weird and probably not typical but that was my experience. Didn't notice any positive results that would lead me to continue using. Think it's still a quality and sound product...just didn't do anything great for me personally.

No taste and I seem to be more energetic when I added it.

I love Dr. Axe and Ancient Nutrition products (I drink Bone Broth Protein every day), so I was really excited to get this. I was hopeful it would help my energy levels, as most of the reviews talked about increased energy. However, taking this product had the opposite affect on me. I felt run down, I got a terrible headache and all I wanted to do was lay down and close my eyes. I had to stop taking this product because it made it difficult to work while feeling so terrible.

Great product did help tremendously, but I can’t afford it. This product it’s worth the money it’s just that I am a low budget person and can’t afford it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL
