These are small, about the size of a nickel. Not a toy, careful around kids. I used on a metal door to hold fabric over glass panel. Works great. Use hooks to put in place then unscrew hooks and place flat by magnet to help get them off. My use has very little weight. I don't know about the 30 pound claim....these are real magnets, not toys. Don't leave them around memory chips or a pacemaker. Excellent for my use - remember, very small and I am working with ounces of fabric, not pounds of objects.

They were so useful and an essential for cruise line cabins with metal interiors. Most are metal on the wall and also the ceiling. These were strong and held my items for easy access. Hang clothes, hats, sunglasses, lights, portable fan. And also found them to be very useful to use in the cabin bathroom! These magnets are strong, small and compact. Also used then to hang stuff in an RV, and also lights on a metal frame of a popup outdoor canopy - Great for camping also! They also worked very well to hang decorations and wreaths for an event in an outdoor open air pavilion that used metal posts in the construction. Worked great!

Hooks are strong and work well for placing on steel objects. Don’t work on anything that is not magnetic. I am using them to hang light tools. Also in kitchen to hang up can opener. Will not hold heavy objects. Magnetic bars work well for them.

great hook to have on a cruise with you. Bought these because I found out the walls in the stateroom were magnetic and man oh man was this handy. Had these hooks all over the place holding stuff for us since the staterooms are smaller and have very minimal countertop space. It says it'll hold 30lbs, but I don't think that is true. My purse weighed at most 4 lbs (didn't have a scale with me on vacay) and when the magnet was on the wall, it slid down with the purse on it. When I hung it from the ceiling, it still felt like it was going to fall and I didn't want to wake up in the middle of the night to a startle so I never tried again so maybe it would have held, but again, wasn't gonna risk it over my sleep. The color is a nice bright blue so it's easy to find on the beige walls and we grabbed them all before disembarking.

These are great for use in my cubicle. Super strong magnet for decor but not strong enough to hold my purse. No bending has happened though. Definitely makes switching up decor easy!

Very strong magnets and work great! The hooks may not be as strong as the magnets but I’m hanging lightweight items, so I don’t know. I have part of the HVAC intake in my closet, so wanted to make use of space. I would definitely recommend.

Great hooks to hang decorations from

I bought these to use the as guides to run wires on my gazebo. They are very strong and can handle easily the cabling and 120V extension cord for my hanging heater. They are also being used to hang my heater by it's chain with ease.
