sharp looking and just plain sharp
This is a great looking knife that has a super sharp edge. I have a set of this, the paring knife completes it.

Stamped metal knives are mainstays in Pro kitchens / Our banquet chefs call them "disposable knives"
Everything about this knife is great....I thought it would be a forged steel knife at that price point....just couldn't get past that for a stamped knife..I returned mine.

Most pleased.
This is a serious piece of culinary cutlery here. Feels surprisingly well in hand and has one of the slickest edges I’ve experienced on any knife. Bravo guys. I would strongly recommend this knife to not only folks into the culinary arts but any one who appreciates knives. This here is a new level of quality and performance. Thanks 🙏 A million guys. You’ve made one happy 😃 customer here.

Dull
Claims to be Razor sharp and hand sharpened, yet is very much a super dull knife that I can run across my hand without any issues. Handle isn't very spectacular either and I bought this as a "cool" knife.

Super sharp! I am tossing all my old knives and will be replacing with dalstrong.
Love all my dalstrong knives. I also like how all knives have a protective sheath. The dalstrong are my go to knives. All others will be tossed.

Can filet a human finger (and stuff you eat) effortlessly!
I just went to the emergency room for using this knife for a purpose it wa snot designed for. With the slip of my wrist and a tiny bit of force, the small 4" Shadow Series Paring Knife went COMPLETELY THROUGH my pinkie, and thanks to it's insane sharpness, did not mangle any nerves or tendons.Beyond this, the knife holds in a way that's so natural it's hard to describe. This is one of the least expensive laeung knives I've ever owned but its fat and away the best. I have honestly abused this knife like crazy and it has held a phenomenal edge and continues to serve me (unjustly).

Really not worth buying 😕 very disappointed
Cheaply made could buy same quality for half the price , very disappointed with the quality and product. I have bought 3 other dalstrong knives so I do know that quality they should meet ...You have lost a loyal customer.

A knife for every kitchen out there!
As it says in the booklet that comes with the knife, when you unsheathe the blade and grasp the handle, you feel the urge to put the sharp edge immediately to work. Exactly what I did, grabbed the first thing I saw and tried my new knife. It does an excellent job and also comes in a really elegant package. I think I'll get one for my sister as well when she moves into her new place.

Beautiful knife, comfortable & great feel.
I'm a culinary professional, and I only bought this knife simply for aesthetics. It's a backup knife to my Henkels paring blade, and so far it's been a great addition to my collection. It feels great in the rear peeling position.I personally don't like the sheath that comes with it but I still use it as it sits nicely in my knife bag.The black has not yet chipped as I expected but I'm very careful & delicate with my knives.Overall, happy with this purchase. 👍🏽
